In 2009, Tom Davis, founder of AT-PAC, developed a 5 year re-investment and business development strategy for the company. Commencing in 2010, AT-PAC heavily invested in new branch locations in the Gulf Coast of the US, Atlantic Canada, and Queensland, Australia.
