AT-PAC is committed to becoming a leader in the manufacturing of scaffolding and will deliver high quality, innovative, products that meet, or exceed, our customers’ requirements. AT-PAC is committed to delivering defect‐free products and services on schedule and on budget while maintaining compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.

Our comprehensive quality management program includes the following important quality assurance activities and controls:

  • Root Cause Analysis, Material Inspection, Material Testing.
  • Training of local staff for QA/QC inspection and testing in accordance with AWS D101 visual inspection requirements.
  • Training of local welders to endure acceptable quality weld on scaffold tubes.
  • Field verification of welding machines to ensure that the welding machines are being used within the variables as specified in the Welding Procedure Specifications.
  • Mechanical, chemical and metallurgical testing to verify the structural integrity of the weld.
  • Document review of AT-PAC performance qualification records and Welder Qualification Tests.
