Tracking & Reporting
In project management, tracking and reporting starts with site services and involves not only our computerized tracking software for both labor and materials, but also crew management, additional equipment utilization (non scaffold related), and reports that can facilitate various client requests.
AT-PAC prides itself on proven reporting techniques that allow EPC customers or owners to fully understand what is happening on-site and why. This includes utilization and productivity reports that are fully transparent and describe the scaffold situation on a weekly basis.
Fully understanding this data ensures a better-planned and better-executed final project. Our coordination and communication efforts result in money-saving projects with less re-builds or over-built scaffolds, and also reduce overall man-hours needed for the scaffolding budget.
Database Creation
AT-PAC creates an external database for all jobs, including: information on scaffolds and functions of scaffold material, scaffold designs and the associated materials, and the labor hours required to access that particular build. This highly detailed database provides valuable insight into all costs, materials and individual areas of concern for every scaffold built during a project.
When you’re ready to review the cost associated with your build and access the required drawings indicating exact scaffold positioning, we can create or draw from our database which allows for lump sum bidding on any future work. We can show you a track record or history of cost, time frame, and labor personnel required for your specific scaffold.
