JOSH DUNDON

Chief Executive Officer

Josh Dundon is Chief Executive Officer of AT-PAC, his leadership actively contributes to shaping the global business by emphasizing strong customer and employee relationships, high-performance team development, operational and technical excellence, and innovation for sustainable growth.


In January 2023, Josh was appointed as the CEO of AT-PAC. Since joining AT-PAC in 2016, Josh has served in several key leadership roles within the organization. As Chief Operating Officer starting in 2021, he played a crucial role in establishing an operating partnership with Doka which laid the foundation for its market leading acquisition of AT-PAC. After joining AT-PAC in 2016 to lead the Global Site Solutions (GSS) division, Josh transitioned to oversee the North America region in 2019.



Josh has over 16 years of experience in project coordination, technical services, contracts and procurement, and sales, working with various industries to deliver international projects. He enjoys giving back to the community by serving on Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities Advisory Council. 


HARLEY KARSEBOOM

Chief Financial Officer

Harley Karseboom is Chief Financial Officer of AT-PAC. In this position, Harley serves as the right-hand advisor to the CEO playing a critical role in global financial strategy across all commercial and operational functions of the business. He leads the Finance, Accounting and Treasury teams as well as overseeing HR and managing all areas of risk within the ATPAC organization. 


Harley joined AT-PAC in 2001 as first CFO in AT-PAC history and throughout his tenure has played many key roles in senior executive positions within the AT-PAC team such as Chief Operating Officer. Harley brings over 21 years of scaffold industry experience and critical knowledge to his current position.


Harley’s business and financial leadership and expertise spans over 43 years from a diverse range of organizations, including auditing, corporate finance, and small business start-ups. Prior to joining AT-PAC, Harley spent several years as an entrepreneur and finance professional. 


ANDREW BOYNTON

Regional Director - UK & Nordics

Andrew Boynton serves as Regional Director for the United Kingdom and Nordic region of AT-PAC. In this position, Andrew´s comprehensive responsibilities include leading and continuing to grow the UK business which has been operating since 2015 as well overseeing the development of the Nordic region from start-up phase to expansion.


Andrew was promoted to Managing Director of the UK business in 2021 achieving record levels of success for the business in the region. Since joining the business in 2015 as the UK Operations Director, Andrew has been instrumental in developing the UK’s structure and presence in the industry market.



Prior to joining AT-PAC Andrew spent 7 years as a Financial professional in the manufacturing industry before starting his own consulting venture in 2009 in the construction industry.


Gary McLean

Regional Director - East Asia

Gary McLean serves as Regional Director for Asia region of AT-PAC. In this position, Gary´s comprehensive responsibilities include leading and developing the Asia region from a start-up phase to a consolidated regional business.


Gary joined the business in November 2023 relocating to Singapore leveraging his extensive knowledge of the industrial scaffolding market. Gary brings over 40 years of global experience within the industrial market serving in various regions as Managing Director in the UK, Middle East, Australia and Asia business environments.



Gary joins AT-PAC following 5 years as Business Development Director in a European industrial market grossing over $5 Billion in revenue.


Jan Van Asperen

Regional Director - Continental Europe

Jan van Asperen is Regional Director for Industrial Scaffolding Continental Europe of AT-PAC. In this position, Jan´s comprehensive responsibilities include establishing from start-up phase to leading the expansion of the legal entities within Continental Europe as well as growing the business of the existing entity in the Netherlands.


Jan joined AT-PAC in October of 2023 bringing 25 years of multi-national industrial corporate experience. Prior to joining AT-PAC, he served for 4 years as Director of the Industrial division of SEGULA, a French Engineering company. His expertise also spans a 15-year tenure in key leadership roles such as CEO, COO, and Project Manager with Janfor Bilfinger Industrial Services Spain.


Jan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Technology and in Environmental Technology.


JIM ROBINSON

Regional Director - Australia & Pacific

Jim Robinson is Regional Director, Australia & Pacific of AT-PAC. In this position, his leadership drives results based on a high performing culture including strong employee relationships, operational and technical excellence, continual growth in customer relationships, and the successful delivery of a client focused service.


Jim has served in his current role for over ten years with his contributions bringing significant change to the Australian scaffold industry. Since joining AT-PAC in 2013 he has held a key position in leading the creation of a branch-based business model forming the Australia & Pacific business and overseeing supply to five major LNG Projects.



After graduating University with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics & Finance, and then a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, Jim began his career in the Investment Banking industry at one of Australia’s largest banks engaging in market sectors such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction and Industrial clients. He enjoys giving back to the community by coaching and actively being involved in Australian Football and Cricket with his sons. 

Mathew Horwood

MATHEW HORWOOD

Managing Director - North America

Mathew Horwood is the Managing Director of North America. Since January 2021, Matt has assumed the role of Managing Director for North America, taking full accountability for the region's overall performance and P&L. His leadership continues to be a driving force behind AT-PAC's success and growth within this pivotal market segment.


Joining AT-PAC's 'Global Site Solutions' (GSS) division in late 2018, Matt took on the responsibility of overseeing Global Operations and enhancing the Hi-Vis® Scaffold Management Software. His strategic vision led to the development and continual improvement of the Hi-Vis® Management Program, solidifying its position as a premier product for our diverse clientele. Transitioning to AT-PAC North America in 2019 as the Senior Director of Operations, Matt assumed a pivotal role in managing all operational facets across the region. His profound industry insights and adept guidance significantly contributed to the Board of Directors and Executive Team's success. 


With an expansive career spanning over 20 years in the Industrial Construction industry, Matt has held various Director-level positions, excelling in Project Management, Contract Management, and establishing himself as a Subject Matter Expert in Global Scaffolding within leading EPC Organizations.

DIOGO EZEQUIEL

Vice President of Strategy & Innovation

Diogo Ezequiel serves as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation of AT-PAC. In this role he leads global commercial strategy development and implementation while aligning with commercial sales, production, engineering, and marketing and innovation.


Diogo was appointed to this role in October 2023, bringing over a decade of global scaffolding expertise. Formerly with Doka, he has collaborated extensively with AT-PAC since 2020, spearheading the establishment of Doka's Global Scaffolding Business within the group.



With a robust background spanning various roles, such as Scaffolding Manager for Doka Middle East & Africa and leadership roles in a scaffold manufacturer, Diogo has driven notable growth in the GCC market. His proactive approach and extensive experience across international roles position him to significantly impact AT-PAC's product innovation and elevate its prominence in the scaffolding industry.


JULIE DAVIS LOW

Vice President of Business Services

Julie Low is VP Business Services of AT-PAC. In this role Julie leads and oversees all business activities that run and support the infrastructure, operations, systems, and shared services for AT-PAC. Julie plays a key role in the development of strategies, best practices and programs set to drive a high-performing culture. Julie is responsible for IT, Systems and Business Intelligences with focus on continuous improvement, optimization, and digital transformation across AT-PAC’s global business.


Julie was appointed as Vice President in 2020. Since joining AT-PAC in 2008, Julie has contributed significantly to AT-PAC’s global growth and industry presence while serving in various key positions within Systems, Compliance, Internal Audit and Administration including Senior Director.


Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration and a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Alabama. 


JUSTIN MEADOWS

Vice President of Finance & Accounting

Justin Meadows is VP Finance & Accounting of AT-PAC. In this position, Justin plays a key role working alongside the Executive leadership team, Regional Directors, and Controllers. Justin’s responsibilities include overseeing and managing the global day-to-day finance and accounting operations, treasury, and steering strategic legal and tax decisions. During his tenure at AT-PAC Justin was instrumental in facilitating Doka’s recent successful acquisition of AT-PAC.



Since joining the company in 2016 Justin has served in a number of positions within the Finance Department. In 2019 he was promoted to Senior Director of Finance after 3 years as Controller for the United States and Latin America followed by Controller positions for the UK, China, and North America regions.


Prior to joining AT-PAC, Justin’s financial career spanned 11 years with PGA TOUR Superstore supporting a fast-paced retail environment growing from start-up phase to a national chain.  Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a certified public accountant.


MATTHEW WELLS

Vice President of Engineering & Technical

Matthew Wells serves as VP of Engineering & Technical of AT-PAC. In this position, Matthew supports the company’s global growth, working with the regional sales and technical teams along with suppliers. Matthew’s responsibilities include product engineering, product development, testing, application design, supplier development, quality assurance, and quality control.


Matthew was promoted to Vice President of Engineering and Technical in 2023 after joining the AT-PAC team in 2022 as Director of Quality. Matthew brings 22 years of experience in the scaffold industry with focus on product development, supplier development, and Quality. Additionally, he served on the ANSI A11 committee and contributed to CAN/CSA S269.2.


Matthew is the named inventor on 2 patents for products used in the scaffold industry.


THOMAS BRANDSTETTER

Vice President of Supply Chain

Thomas Brandstetter serves as Vice President of Supply Chain of AT-PAC. Thomas is responsible for leading global Production, Procurement, Logistics and Asset Management which play a pivotal role in optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process.


Thomas was appointed to this role in October 2023. Prior to this role he collaborated as part of Doka since 2020 in collaboration with the AT-PAC team as a consultant for Operations and Logistics in establishing Doka's Global Scaffolding Business.



With a 13 years of experience in supply chain management, Thomas brings valuable industry expertise driving strategic initiatives and overseeing the overall efficiency of supply chain operations.
