AT-PAC New Zealand Bledisloe Cup Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
 This promotion is conducted by AT-PAC (“AT-PAC”, “we”, “our” or “the Promoter”).


2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on Tuesday 4 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on Friday 4 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”).


3. Eligibility
 Entry is open to individuals who:

  • are aged 18 years or over,
  • reside in New Zealand, and
  • are currently employed within the scaffolding, construction, industrial, infrastructure, engineering, maintenance or related industries in New Zealand.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible or do not comply with the entry instructions will be deemed invalid


Employees of AT-PAC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.


4. How to Enter
 To enter, participants must during the Promotional Period:

  • follow AT-PAC on the relevant social media platform,
  • share the promotional post, and
  • tag the person/persons they would bring to the event.


Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.


5. Prize
 One (1) winner will receive:

  • four (4) tickets to the 2026 Bledisloe Cup match between Australia and New Zealand in Auckland, New Zealand on 10 October 2026, and
  • one (1) night accommodation in Auckland consisting of two (2) rooms for up to four (4) guests.


The total prize value will depend on final booking and ticket pricing.


6. Prize Conditions
 The prize does not include:

  • flights or transport to/from Auckland,
  • meals,
  • travel insurance,
  • transfers,
  • spending money, or
  • any other expenses not expressly stated.


Accommodation and tickets are subject to availability and any terms imposed by the relevant providers.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.


7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The prize draw will be conducted electronically/randomly on Friday 4 September 2026.


The winner will be contacted directly and publicly announced via AT-PAC channels on Monday 7 September 2026.


If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, AT-PAC reserves the right to select an alternative winner, with a redraw taking place under same conditions


8. Verification and Right to Exclude
 AT-PAC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that:

  • does not comply with these Terms and Conditions,
  • is incomplete, misleading or fraudulent,
  • is submitted in bad faith,
  • is considered by AT-PAC to be inconsistent with the intent or spirit of the promotion, or
  • is submitted by an individual who is an employee of a business that is reasonably determined by AT-PAC to be a direct competitor or related service market.


AT-PAC may request reasonable evidence of employment, employer details or industry affiliation to confirm eligibility. All eligibility and disqualification decisions made by AT-PAC are final.


9. Social Media Disclaimer
 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform including Linkedin, Meta, Instagram or Facebook.


10. Limitation of Liability
 To the extent permitted by law, AT-PAC will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or use of the prize.


11. Privacy
 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to AT-PAC collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.


12. Publicity 

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and consents to AT-PAC using their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation.


The winner acknowledges that publication may occur on public platforms and may be shared or commented on by third parties beyond AT-PAC’s control. To the extent permitted by law, AT-PAC will not be liable for any reputational impact arising from such publication.


13. General
AT-PAC reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
