AT-PAC Appoints Allan Hazzard as Managing Director – USA

Atlanta, GA  – July 17, 2025 – AT-PAC, a global leader in industrial scaffolding solutions, has appointed Allan Hazzard as Managing Director – USA, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to scaling operations in one of its most critical markets.

With decades of experience in operational leadership and commercial strategy, Allan joined AT-PAC in 2024 to lead the Canadian business. His success in expanding AT-PAC’s footprint in Canada—marked by commercial momentum and organizational alignment—positions him well to drive the U.S. business through its next phase of growth.

“This is an exciting moment for AT-PAC as we set a new standard for scaffolding in the United States,” said Josh Dundon, CEO of AT-PAC. “Allan’s proven track record of delivering growth, fostering innovation, and championing safety makes him the ideal leader to take our U.S. business to the next level.”

The U.S. represents one of AT-PAC’s largest and most strategically important markets. With a growing number of industrial and infrastructure projects requiring scalable access solutions, the company sees this leadership move as pivotal to deepening its market presence and reinforcing its end-to-end service capability.

In his new role, Allan will be based in Houston, Texas, and will oversee all commercial and operational activities in the U.S. A transition plan is in place for leadership succession in Canada, where business performance remains strong and growth continues to track above expectations.

“I’m proud to step into this role and lead a passionate, capable team into the next chapter of AT-PAC’s growth in the U.S.,” said Hazzard. “The opportunities in this market are tremendous, and we’re ready to deliver the scale, service, and expertise our customers demand.”

This appointment comes as AT-PAC accelerates its global growth, with new operations ramping up across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. As the company expands its international footprint, the U.S. remains a cornerstone market—demanding focused leadership and sharp execution. The move also reinforces AT-PAC’s operating model, with the U.S. and Canada structured as distinct country organizations, each empowered with local leadership, strategic autonomy, and responsiveness to better serve their markets.
