Integrate Our Raised Ledger System Into Your Existing Scaffold Structures For increased Safety and Efficient Assembly

The Raised Ledger System is versatile, durable, and integrates with your existing Ringlock system. Our goal is to make sure you execute your projects on time and efficiently with optimised material and labor requirements. Create a safer working environment for your team today with the Raised Ledger System from AT-PAC.

Technical Benefits of The Raised Ledger System:

The Raised Ledger System is the ideal solution to help you overcome the challenges of building large area trip-free platforms without lots of modifications and additional components. Our innovative system also elevates the walking/ working platforms by 8” allowing for a continuous Ledger tube to run along the top of the scaffold to install planks without any gaps in the platform for standards.

The Raised Ledger System allows the planks to cover the tops of the Ringlock Standards and the Ringlock Wedges. Our system also complements the typical Ringlock components and is designed to be used at the top level where large area, trip-free walking/working platforms are required.

The Raised Ledger System includes the Raised Truss Ledger, Raised Ledger, Capping Piece, Raised Ledger Guardrail, Raised Side Bracket all of which offer unique technical benefits.

Typical applications include, but not limited to:

Applications For Raised Ledger System:

  • Birdcages
  • Overhead Pavement Gantries
  • Suspended Platforms
  • Industrial Scaffolds
  • Commercial Scaffolds
  • Stage & Event Scaffolds

Browse the complete project gallery AT-PAC Australia supplied a comprehensive Ringlock scaffolding solution to support JVAT Industries in delivering a complex headstock refurbishment project at Hastings Port, Victoria, Australia. Working in a challenging marine environment, the project required a fully engineered suspended scaffold system that provided safe access to every headstock and pile beneath the jetty. Designing a solution capable of performing in tidal conditions while withstanding harsh marine weather presented significant engineering and logistical challenges. Parts of the scaffold system were required to operate below the waterline, demanding careful planning, innovative engineering and close collaboration between AT-PAC, Dre Designs and JVAT Industries. Through detailed design and technical expertise, the team delivered a solution that provided safe, reliable access while standing up to the demanding marine environment. AT-PAC's versatile Ringlock system delivered the strength, adaptability and performance required for this highly specialised application, enabling JVAT Industries to deliver a critical access solution for refurbishment works with confidence. This project demonstrates how engineered access solutions, backed by technical expertise and strong collaboration, can overcome even the most demanding industrial access challenges.
